Enrollment in For The People Real Estate School is open to the public for those seeking licensure in Arizona.

For The People Real Estate School LLC is approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) to provide the 90-Hour Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course in both Host Remote (Live Online) and Distance Learning formats.

COURSE DELIVERY METHODS

Host Remote (Live Online)
This course is delivered live online in a synchronous host-remote environment. The instructor appears live on camera. Students must remain on camera unless an ADA accommodation is approved. Attendance is taken at the start of class, after each break, and at the end of each session. Instruction includes live lecture, discussion, guided practice, breakout rooms, scenario-based training, and Q&A.
Distance Learning (Asynchronous LMS)
This course is delivered through a structured distance learning model that includes instructor-developed digital lectures, guided reading assignments, interactive activities, quizzes, timed instructional segments, and a proctored final examination.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

A 50-minute instructional period equals 1 ADRE credit hour.
Students must attend at least 90% of the required 90 hours (81 hours minimum).
Attendance is recorded at class start, after each break, and at class end.
Arriving late, leaving early, or camera-off time reduces credited hours.
Students who fall below 90% must complete instructor-led make-up sessions before course completion.

MAKE-UP POLICY

Only instructor-led make-up sessions may replace missed time.
Recorded sessions may NOT substitute for live instruction.
Make-up sessions must meet the 50-minute ADRE instructional hour requirement.
All make-up sessions must be logged and documented by the school.

STUDENT AUTHENTICATION & IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Host Remote :
Government-issued photo ID is verified on Day 1.
Students must use their legal name.
Camera must remain on and student visible at all times.
Instructor may re-verify identity at any point.
Distance Learning:
Students upload government-issued photo ID at enrollment.
LMS logs IP address, device type, login timestamps, and course progress.
Random authentication prompts appear throughout the course.
Final exam requires proctoring and live ID verification.

FINAL EXAM POLICY

  • The final examination consists of 150 multiple-choice questions.
  • Passing score is 75% or higher.
  • The exam must be completed in one sitting.
  • Webcam monitoring is required for the entire exam.
  • No outside materials are permitted.
  • The exam unlocks only after all modules and activities are completed.
  • Instructor verifies identity live via Zoom before the exam begins.

 

COURSE COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS

To receive the ADRE Certificate of Completion, the student must:
• Complete all 90 instructional hours
• Complete all module quizzes and required activities
• Pass the final exam with a score of 75% or higher
• Complete all identity authentication requirements
• Pay all tuition and fees in full

REFUND POLICY

Full refund: before course access or attendance.
50% refund: if less than 25% of the course is completed.
No refund after 25% completion.
All refund requests must be made in writing.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

 

STUDENT CONDUCT POLICY

Students must maintain professionalism and follow instructor directions.
Prohibited conduct includes cheating, sharing login credentials, using unauthorized materials, having another person complete coursework, or having another person attend online sessions.
Consequences may include removal from the course, invalidation of exams, and reporting to ADRE if required.
